Why SantiniketAN SCHOOL FOR CULINARY ARTS ?

Most of the Chefs & line cooks are competent to prepare Western & North Indian cuisines. This is because most of the hotels & hospitality schools train students on those cuisines – regional dishes are not given due recognition.

Santiniketan School for Culinary Arts wants to fulfill this gap by imparting culinary skills to prepare classic & authentic regional dishes.

About Us

To start with the focus is on Bengali cuisine & subsequently add cuisines from Eastern & North Eastern states.

THE CURRICULUM

The course syllabus is designed to provide a compact theoretical & practical knowledge to students so that placement is assured.

The School has classroom infrastructure & a Food Lab for effective teaching & learning. A dedicated library on Culinary Arts is available for reference & consultations.

Eligibility

A pass 10 + 2 Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board Council with a minimum 50%

Admission is followed by checking of eligibility of candidate, verification of documents

INTAKE

Total no. of Intake is 20 per batch.

CERTIFICATION

Successful participants will be awarded Certificate of Participation by the Santiniketan School for Culinary Arts

PLACEMENT

The School will arrange Campus Placement for its students by inviting renowned Hotels, Hospitality & allied Industry.
